Qualifications
- PhD in Futurism, Systems Theory, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 tech firms
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech impacts
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and biocomputing
- Deep understanding of Singularity Theory and transhumanism
- Fluency in at least two coding languages (Python/R preferred)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Security clearance for national innovation projects
