- Design scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future paradigms
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture frontier research
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
