Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product ecosystems and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
