Responsibilities
- Research and forecast disruptive technologies, market paradigms, and consumer behaviors through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to capitalize on 2026's digital and sustainability revolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026's workforce and infrastructure challenges
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors impacting global business ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis across tech, policy, and sustainability
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AI governance, and circular economy frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or long-term technology forecasting
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
