- Design and execute cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and commercial teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global futurist forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to shape 2026 policy agendas
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 10-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published author or speaker at global futurist conferences (e.g., WEF, TED)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, cross-impact matrices)
