What You'll Do: Pioneer methodologies for future scenario planning; lead cross-functional innovation sprints; author trend intelligence reports; develop patentable frameworks for emerging tech adoption; and represent our thought leadership at global forums. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion-dollar investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce annual 'Future State' strategic reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready organizational design
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential technology adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused conferences
- Mentor internal 'Future Teams' in strategic foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech disruption analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
