As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, market shifts, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational resilience in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) and translate findings into 3-5 year strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market conditions, geopolitical shifts, and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify and build partnerships with emerging startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to detect early signals of change
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing successful future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
