- Create scenario-planning frameworks for C-level executives across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into corporate innovation roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Advolve blockchain, metaverse, and climate tech disruptions into client transformation strategies
- Maintain proprietary Horizon Signal™ database tracking 500+ emerging trend vectors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Economics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or exponential technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and disruption modeling
- Mastery of AI/ML tools for predictive analytics (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Published work on 4IR implications (white papers, patents, or industry reports)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (WFS or AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
