Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive future trends
- Quantify market readiness for emerging tech (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Coordinate global R&D partnerships across 15+ innovation hubs
- Present strategic foresight at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author on exponential technologies or future studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent domain expertise
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive decision frameworks
