Responsibilities
- Forecast 2026 tech disruptions through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics, biotech, and space exploration teams
- Present trend analyses to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring Nobel laureates
- Mentor junior futurists in our Emerging Tech Academy
- Publish white papers on post-quantum cryptography and sentient AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate foresight or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
