Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities

- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech journals
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and Delphi methodology
