- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation catalysts

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend forecasts
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)

- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
