Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects for Fortune 500 clients
