Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across 15+ industries
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and secure executive buy-in for high-risk/high-reward initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to accelerate innovation
- Oversee the implementation of AI-driven innovation frameworks and predictive analytics tools
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
