Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and opportunity landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design prototyping labs for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong executive presence with C-suite communication skills
