Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate tech, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable technology deployment
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation specialists
- Curate annual 'FutureForward' summit with industry leaders and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience with advanced simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
