Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to create strategic foresight reports for 2026+ horizons
- Design and lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Partner with venture capital to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present future-vision scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external expert network in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio published in tech foresight or innovation strategy
