- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and human augmentation technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, ethicists, and policymakers
- Anticipate global megatrends (biotech convergence, climate AI, neuro-interfaces) through predictive modeling
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation hubs
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive enhancement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or post-2025 technology landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on exponential technology adoption
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of biotech/neurotech convergence
