Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops on climate tech, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Author quarterly trend briefs published in Future Forward Journal
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3 R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of thought leaders
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published portfolio in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futurist.com)
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to impact
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (SDM) required
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
