Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to position Horizon Dynamics as thought leader in future tech discourse
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive models for market disruption scenarios
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic labs and government agencies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate resilience strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ validated case studies)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
