Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate disruptive forces and market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies journals
