Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry landscapes for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market positioning
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge research
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting with published thought leadership (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-market initiatives
