Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop and communicate strategic frameworks for innovation pipelines and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented priorities
- Produce actionable insights through scenario planning, trend mapping, and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps and R&D agendas
- Represent company vision at industry forums, thought leadership platforms, and media engagements
- Maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database and early-warning system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy and execution
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
