Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce executive-ready scenario plans for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 market shifts
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on next-generation innovation protocols
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with quarterly ROI reporting to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies in application)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendHunter) and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, Wired, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
