Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Lead high-impact workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Produce executive-grade reports and presentations on future market landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Advose leadership on long-term R&D priorities and investment allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, R&D planning, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-shaping initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy projects with measurable outcomes
