Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Present strategic futures narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Anticipate societal, regulatory, and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures scenarios or strategic foresight work
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives in tech-driven environments
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Deep understanding of 2026+ regulatory landscapes and geopolitical shifts
