- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
- Present quarterly future-readiness assessments to executive leadership
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
