Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework with quarterly trend syntheses
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into 18-month roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings with data-driven impact assessments on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 7+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts with measurable outcomes
