Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging workforce and automation trends
- Design innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-proof business methodologies
- Analyze geopolitical and climate impact on long-term corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or similar)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 100+ executive-level engagements
- Portfolio published in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading global remote teams across multiple time zones
