Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
