Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in top-tier industry journals
- Identify disruptive business models and competitive threats in nascent markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research in futurism or technology assessment
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
