Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AGI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Produce actionable foresight reports synthesizing complex data into strategic imperatives
- Design and test prototype solutions using generative AI and simulation modeling
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and human-augmented workflows
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate lab-to-market translation of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing strategies
- Strong programming skills in Python/R for data modeling and simulation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
