Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports to guide organizational decision-making
- Architect future-proof roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centric design principles
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry forums, and predictive modeling
- Mentor cross-generational teams to embed future-thinking across all business units
- Partner with academic institutions and global futurist networks to validate strategic hypotheses
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technology adoption
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology horizons (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., ACIF, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
