Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and social trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and ethicists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for trend research
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, AI governance, and human augmentation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, quantum biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
