Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps and market positioning
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs with academia and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic priorities
- Manage portfolio of 2026 pilot projects with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
