Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend reports analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with 2030 industry disruption forecasts
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-oriented initiatives on business growth
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor innovation teams on scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Oversee the development of proprietary forecasting models using machine learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of published futurist research or whitepapers
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology training
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating abstract future concepts
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops)
