Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning our industry leadership
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation incubator
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable plans
