Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Present future-state recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging-tech startups
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across global business units
- Produce thought leadership content positioning the company as a future-ready pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-state roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
