- Manage cross-functional prototyping sprints for next-gen products and services

- Present foresight analyses to investors and board members with data-driven scenarios
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
