Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate solutions
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on AI governance and ethics
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers read by Fortune 500 leadership
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs on 5-year R&D initiatives
- Advise on policy frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or top-tier VC firm
- Published research on AI ethics, biotech disruption, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar investment decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Global network of innovators across government, academia, and industry
