Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Anticipate global tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Present strategies to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research initiatives
- Build and lead a 10-person Futurist Strategy team
- Author industry-shaping white papers and trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech innovation
- Published work on future trends (books, journals, patents)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Futurism, Systems Theory, or Computational Science
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic (global stakeholder management)
