Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociological shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on sustainable innovation and human-AI collaboration
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing foresight frameworks or trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
