Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight reports analyzing AI, climate tech, and neurotech convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational readiness for 2026 disruptions
- Conduct competitive intelligence on emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption timelines
- Present trend forecasts to executive leadership and board committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing whitepapers on emerging technologies with 5-year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented impact
