You'll develop strategic frameworks that position us at the vanguard of technological evolution while ensuring ethical implementation and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based forecasts for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen technology implementation
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
