Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic planning or futurism.
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies with portfolio of published foresight work.
- Deep technical literacy in emerging domains (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications) and their societal implications.
- Exceptional storytelling ability to distill complex future concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable impact on market positioning.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) strongly preferred.
- Track record of building and leading cross-functional futurist teams in fast-paced tech environments.
