Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI governance, quantum adoption, and climate resilience initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational structures
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other future-focused institutions
- Create predictive models for workforce evolution and education system redesign
- Author thought leadership pieces for publications like WIRED and Harvard Business Review
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in policy discussions with government bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or global policy organizations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analysis (white papers, books, TED Talks)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising governments on long-term policy development
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful disruption of traditional industries
