Job Description

- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to align strategic planning with emerging megatrends
- Author proprietary foresight reports on AI governance, biotech ethics, climate adaptation, and quantum computing impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors for continuous intelligence gathering
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- Present findings at Davos-level conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of accurately predicting major technological or societal shifts (portfolio required)
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, and Cross-Impact Matrix
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools, blockchain analytics, and climate modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar tier publications
