- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market realities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economies
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and invest in disruptive startups targeting 2026 markets
- Design KPI systems to track progress toward 2030 sustainability goals embedded in current strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and ethical implications
