Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into business models
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports predicting industry disruptions and opportunities
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with 2030 sustainability and human-centric technology goals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
