Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on long-term business strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
